About

PLAY MAIN FILMS is an independent film production company, based in Scotland and established by Scottish filmmaker Alan Main during the making of his no-budget feature film TRUE SICKNESS. The story follows a dark adventure in someone’s mind. The film was shot on location in Coatbridge, Scotland. This company was created to provide audiences with unseen and unheard experiences. The filmmaker’s goal is to make entertaining and experimental stories based on the power of dreams and abstractions of life.

Alan funded the premiere by selling his car, and the admission tickets were priced as a donation, allowing the audience to pay whatever they could. Come the premiere, the filmmakers were surprised by a sold out screening with a packed audience. This night became something bigger and more special by showcasing their passion and potential. With huge success, the filmmakers were able to show off their debut film by strapping the audience into an unforgettable thrill ride.
